Magister in Administration from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (2011), Specialist in National and International Commercial Logistics from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University (1999), Professional in Marketing from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University (1995) and Publicist from the same university. 

He has worked for 11 years in the Marketing and Commercial Departments of El Tiempo Newspaper, Berol Prismacolor, Aeronosajería, Seguros Cóndor, Aseguradora Solidaria de Colombia. He has been teaching for 16 years at the undergraduate, specialization and masters level in several universities such as Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Sergio Arboleda university, Universidad Autónoma de Manizales, La Salle University, Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, Universidad Piloto de Colombia, EAN, Universidad de Manizales, among others. He has been a consultant on an national and international level with Fundes, Avanttia and has also been a trainer at the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and has written various academic and journalistic articles on branding and other issues related to the marketing discipline.

He is the author of the book Marketing Plan, Design and Implementation and Control, published by ECOE and by the Sergio Arboleda University; the book was released at the book fair in 2013. He is also the author of the book Branding, “ the art of branding hearts”, published by ECOE Editions and released at the book fair 2016

She holds a Master’s in Strategic Marketing Management and has studies in Integral Management from the Nuestra Señora del Rosario University and she is a professional graduated from the University of Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano. She is an expert in planning, developing and managing marketing plans, organizational communication and corporate image. She has a long professional career in the private sector, and in national and multinational companies, as well as in the public sector. She has wide work and consulting experience on business issues and comprehensive experience in various sectors of economic activity, with a special meaning within the concepts of corporate social responsibility. She is currently the academic coordinator of the School of Marketing at the Universidad Santo Tomas, and is a professor and leader of the Creativity and Innovation Research Group at the same school. She has been teaching for nearly 16 years at universities such as Tadeo Lozano and La Salle, among others.

LUIS EDUARDO MUTIS

Luis Eduardo Mutis Álvarez is a Business Administrator (UniSalle), Specialist in Development Projects (ESAP) and Master’s in Marketing Management, Viña del Mar University-Chile. He has 35 years of academic university experience. He is currently professor in Undergraduate, Continuing Education and Postgraduate courses at the following universities: Santo Tomás, Colegio Mayor of Cundinamarca, Tolima and CORHUILA. He has worked for 39 years in 7 companies (1 in the public sector and 6 in the private sector). He is a pensioner in Colpensiones and geOmarketing consultant since 1992. He is author (co-author) of research carried out at the University of La Salle and published in indexed journals of the La Salle University and Uniminuto University.

JAMES PAUL LINERO BOCANEGRA

Professor of Production Management, Logistics and International Distribution Management.

 

He is a professional in International Trade, Specialist in Formulation, Management and Evaluation of Development Projects and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations. He has more than 15 years of university teaching experience . Likewise, he has held administrative positions at universities and at companies in the maritime and port sector in the city of Santa Marta, Colombia, his hometown. His professional and work experience has allowed him to offer a more comprehensive perspective and horizon in the training of the subjects he teaches.

He is a consultant in International Relations and International Trade, Research Projects and Degree Works, Business Plans, International Marketing, International Business, Logistics and International Supply Networks, Port Administration, Port Health, Customs Legislation and Foreign Trade among others. He has worked with Institutions such as Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, SENA, Antonio Nariño University and Sergio Arboleda University, where he served as Director of the Marketing and International Business Program in the city of Santa Marta.

JOHANNA ZITZMANN B.


 

International Mobility Coordinator
Professor of International Marketing and Fundamentals of International Business. 

She is a business administrator and holds a Master´s degree in International Trade. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience, and has worked as a professional in the Commercial Relations Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade as a negotiator and in the field of commercial relations. Likewise,, she has performed joint projects with Procolombia (former Proexport) in international market intelligence for more than ten years and in the Federation of Coffee Growers in the marketing division, among other positions. She has published articles related to intercultural negotiation and marketing in specialized magazines at the Sergio Arboleda University, CIC of the University of Monterrey of Mexico. She recently published her book "A Look at South Korea" Edited by the Sergio Arboleda University.

She has also performed consultancy services in the beekeeper sector for selling honey in the international markets. She is a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Sergio Arboleda University among others.

He is an analyst trainer, analyst and marketing strategist, market research for the Santo Domingo Group and for other companies such as: Caracol radio, Banco Santander (Colombia) and others. In addition, at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda: He has been a professor at the School of marketing and international business for 8 years. He has held the position as coordinator of the marketing area, and has been teaching at prestigious universities such as the Universidad Santo Tomás, Universidad Sergio Arboleda, Javeriana University, Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Universidad Central, Nuestra Señora del Rosario University. At the level of specialization he has been teaching in marketing and logistics areas at the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC), Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de la Sabana, Universidad Sergio Arboleda, Universidad de Ibague, and the Business Administration School – EAN.

He is currently the coordinator of Professional Practices and Professor of the Marketing Faculty of the Universidad Santo Tomás teaching in areas of audit of marketing and customer, has published in the International Magazine of the Latin American Council of Schools. He also worked in Bavaria SA: Marketing area; time: 20 years in positions such as - Administration - CLADEA - with the essay "Cross Docking", 2013. Tecnológico de Monterrey publication - CIC- 2012, business case "Flores and Colombolo" on relational marketing within distribution channels. He is the author of the book entitled “Logistical Marketing”, he has published in the Sergio Arboleda University Magazine, an article entitled Geo-reference, 2010, related to the location of means of transport on their route, among other publications.

She has university teaching experience in the areas of basic and behavioral psychology, in organizational psychology, occupational, consumer psychology and market research, consultancy of thesis works at postgraduate level in the areas of market research.

She has the knowledge and experience in advanced data analysis for research in social sciences and consumer and market behavior: management of high level computer tools (SPSS, ATLAS IT, SPAD).She is a Specialist in occupational and organizational psychology; Specialist in consumer psychology and holds a master´s degree in Consumer Psychology.

She is currently the professor and coordinator at the Research Center of the school of Marketing at University Santo Tomás. She is the leader of the consumer and markets research group, leader of the line on deep consumer and market knowledge, coordinator of the neuro-consumer incubator of the school of Marketing.

She is a lawyer graduated from the Sergio Arboleda University, a specialist and holds a master's degree in law from the same university; before graduating as a lawyer she was granted a degree in sciences of education in linguistics and literature. She has been a university professor since 2006 in both undergraduate and postgraduate courses teaching subjects such as: Organisms of the Colombian state, constitutional jurisprudential precedents, labor, family law, obligations, civil, management of commercial legislation and public and private contracting, law International, diplomatic, consular and protocol law, management of alternative mechanisms for conflict resolution and negotiation.

She has distinguished herself, not only as an adviser to national and international companies, but also as a consultant in both private and state companies; one of her last positions was to be private secretary to the Second Vice-Presidency of the House of Representatives and today she serves as an advisor to the (overseer) observer of the Colombian Conservative Party.
